About This Agreement
FACE to FACE is an international platform powered by the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS), dedicated to sharing real-world insights, clinical innovations, and global perspectives in the specialty. As a contributor, you play a key role in shaping this global conversation. To protect your rights and uphold high editorial standards, we ask all contributors to review and agree to the Content Submission Agreement. This includes guidelines on original work, proper attribution, and the responsible use of AI-generated content.

By submitting content to FACE to FACE, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Originality

I confirm that the content I am submitting is my original work, and I have the full right and authority to publish this material. If the content includes any third-party materials (e.g., images, graphics, or text), I have obtained all necessary permissions to use and publish them.

Permission to Publish

I grant the International Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (IAOMS) the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and adapt my submitted content, in whole or in part, in any media or format, including but not limited to print and digital publications, websites, and social media channels.

Attribution

I understand that IAOMS may credit me as the author of the submitted content but is not obligated to do so.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold IAOMS harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the publication or use of my submitted content, including but not limited to claims of infringement or violation of intellectual property rights.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Submissions may include content developed with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., ChatGPT, language generators, image tools), provided that:

I remain the original author and take full responsibility for the content.
The submission has been reviewed and verified for accuracy and originality.
The content complies with FACE to FACE’s Community Guidelines and editorial standards.
I am encouraged—but not required—to disclose if AI tools were used in creating or editing the content.
IAOMS reserves the right to request clarification, make edits, or decline any submission, including those generated with AI support.
